About Us
Trusted Exterior Cleaning Across Edinburgh and the Lothians
Cleaner windows, roofs, driveways and patios from a local, insured team that homeowners have kept on for over 30 years.
Our Story
Local Specialists in Keeping Homes Looking Their Best
We help homeowners across Edinburgh, East Lothian and Midlothian keep the outside of their property clean, safe and cared for.
Our work covers four areas: window cleaning, roof cleaning by hand, driveway power washing and patio power washing. We focus on residential homes, and we do each job properly rather than rushing it.
Some of our customers have been with us for over 30 years. That kind of loyalty comes from turning up, doing a good job and being easy to deal with, every time.
We were also named a finalist for Best Small Cleaning Company of Scotland.
Mission & Standards
How We Work
Our aim is simple: leave every home looking better than we found it, using the safest method for each surface.
Done by hand where it matters
Roof moss is scraped off by hand rather than blasted, then treated with a biocide. This approach is gentler on your tiles.
The right method for each surface
Pure-water, water-fed poles for glass. Power washing for block paving, re-sanded with kiln-dried sand. Soft washing for patios. Sealing only in dry weather.
