When you contact us or fill in our quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details of the work you need.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out work, and keep records of jobs. We do not sell your information.

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform that contract, and for our legitimate interest in running our business.
Sharing
We may use trusted service providers (for example, software that stores enquiries) to help us run the business. They may only use your data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
